Job Summary

Owning global operations for a specific creative type and priority industry, the full-time Senior Operations Analyst will drive strategic projects, enhance process efficiency, and provide advanced troubleshooting and quality oversight in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage global operations for assigned creative types and industries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for client-driven issues, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to standards
• Lead strategic project management initiatives, tracking the impact of system and process changes while driving continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Expert proficiency in G Suite and project management tools such as Jira
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Advanced process improvement capabilities, ideally with Six Sigma experience
• Expert ability to analyze data and create business recommendations based on key performance metrics
• Deep knowledge of Operations systems and the product catalog, with experience in maintaining complex product records
