Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting communications and operational alignment across Engineering & Construction, Centralized Operations, and Field Operations, the full-time Senior Operations Analyst will translate complex operational updates into clear formats for diverse audiences while managing cross-functional coordination and change management initiatives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own development and standardization of communications across E&C, Central Ops, and Field Ops
• Lead communication strategy for system implementations and process changes, ensuring field teams are informed and prepared
• Act as a liaison across teams, aligning on process expectations, roles, and deliverables

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Program Management, or Process Improvement
• Experience supporting Engineering, Construction, Telecommunications, or Field Ops environments
• Strong communication and presentation development skills
• Proven ability to simplify complex topics into clear, consumable formats
• Experience working cross-functionally and driving alignment
