Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the analysis that shapes fulfillment decisions, the full-time Senior Operations Analyst will build dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to operations leaders in a data-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage dashboards and KPIs for operations leaders to optimize business performance
• Analyze data to identify trends and inefficiencies, providing clear recommendations to prevent costly issues
• Assist in creating forecasts and capacity models that inform operational plans and budgets

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, operations analysis, or fulfillment management
• Proficient in Excel and a BI tool, with experience in Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI
• Ability to translate complex operational data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Experience collaborating directly with operations teams
• Knowledge of statistical modeling, particularly for forecasting and capacity planning, is a plus
