Job Summary

Combining analytical thinking and process improvement, the full-time Senior Operations Analyst will optimize the performance of the financial marketplace while working in a hybrid environment in Kansas City, focusing on marketplace health, reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor marketplace health and performance, resolving issues to maintain operational integrity
• Own daily reconciliation and exception handling across payment flows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Capital Markets to enhance tools and workflows

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
• Proven track record in Trade Finance or a tech-driven business
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Curiosity and a desire to improve operational processes
