Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on inventory system functions, the full-time Senior Operations Analyst will manage CLLI code requests, maintain inventory in NetBox, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure data quality and operational improvements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage intake and fulfillment of CLLI code requests through ServiceNow, ensuring validation and customer communication
• Assign, update, and maintain CLLI codes in CLONES according to governance and data quality standards
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual efforts

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
• Background in fiber telecommunications, including planning, engineering, or inventory management in FTTx technologies
• Understanding of fiber optic networks and GPON network architecture
• Experience with ServiceNow, CLONES, and workflow automation
• Familiarity with Layer 1, 2, and 3 network inventory systems, with hands-on experience in platforms like TIRKS or OmniVue
