Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Operations Analyst will provide technical support for the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM), managing data ingestion, quality control, and document production while ensuring adherence to strict deadlines and collaborating with team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee daily tasks and workflows within the Operations team, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client deadlines
• Conduct data processing and analysis using various eDiscovery tools, troubleshooting issues and providing guidance to team members
• Create technical documentation and generate reports for senior management and clients, maintaining effective communication across departments

Required qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in the litigation support industry
• Strong understanding of electronic discovery tools and processes, with proficiency in multiple eDiscovery applications
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, basic UNIX, and database applications
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree or final year student in a computer/technical or legal field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
