Senior Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Focusing on new inventory system functions, the full-time Senior Operations Analyst will manage CLLI code requests, maintain inventory in NetBox, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance data quality and continuous improvement efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage intake and fulfillment of CLLI code requests through ServiceNow, ensuring validation and customer communication
• Assign, update, and maintain CLLI codes in CLONES, adhering to governance and data quality standards
• Track work through defined SLAs and operational metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred
• Background in fiber telecommunications, including planning, engineering, or project management in FTTx technologies
• Understanding of fiber optic networks and GPON network architecture
• Experience with ServiceNow, CLONES, and workflow automation
• Working knowledge of Layer 1, 2, and 3 network inventory systems
