Senior Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Engineering & Construction organizations, the full-time Senior Operations Analyst will drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and provide performance insights while working remotely across the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for operational processes, providing analytical and process improvement support across various phases
- Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in E&C programs
- Develop and report on operational KPIs and performance metrics to aid leadership decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or related roles
- Experience supporting Engineering, Construction, Network, or Infrastructure organizations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with experience in dashboards and reporting tools preferred
