Senior Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting Engineering & Construction initiatives, the full-time Senior Operations Analyst will drive operational excellence and process optimization while working remotely in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Engineering & Construction operational processes, providing analytical and process improvement support
- Analyze end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement across E&C programs
- Develop and report on operational KPIs and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in operations analysis, process improvement, or program/project support
- Experience supporting Engineering, Construction, Network, or Infrastructure-based organizations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with experience in dashboards and reporting tools preferred
