Senior Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting corporate operations in a remote capacity, the full-time Senior Operations Analyst will plan, coordinate, and build financial and operational models while providing analysis and strategic proposals to inform business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a flexible operations resource to the Chief of Corporate Operations, managing cross-functional analysis and projects
- Build structured Excel models and PowerPoint presentations to simplify complex operational and financial topics for leadership
- Prepare and coordinate monthly revenue reviews and business reviews with the CCO and executive leadership
Required qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel modeling and creating polished, executive-ready PowerPoint presentations
- Experience in corporate operations, business operations, or corporate finance, with exposure to complex structural topics
- Structured and organized analytical thinking that conveys a clear narrative
- Ability to multitask and work across diverse professional topics and time zones
- Eligibility to work in the United States
