Senior Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting operational analysis and performance management activities, the full-time remote Senior Operations Analyst will lead the intake, validation, analysis, and reporting of operational metrics related to 811 Call Before You Dig ticket processing and damage prevention initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the intake, analysis, and reporting of key operational metrics related to 811 ticket volumes and compliance
- Monitor and evaluate contract locator performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support leadership decision-making
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or related fields with a Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of related experience with a Master's degree
- Experience working with operational metrics, dashboards, and performance scorecards
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders through data-driven insights
