Senior Operations Analyst, Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst, Legal, Risk & Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the LRC intake, prioritization, and service delivery framework
• Research and synthesize nonprofit regulatory requirements and advise on compliance implications
• Define and execute contract intake criteria and evaluate vendor cost effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of paralegal or legal compliance experience or 7 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a nonprofit or corporate law environment; paralegal certificate a plus
• Basic knowledge of 501(c)(3) legal and regulatory laws and regulations
• Experience supporting data and record management in legal settings
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive communications
