Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Associate, Specialty Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert on the Specialty Care program for internal and external teams
• Support cross-functional coordination and program management to ensure seamless execution of initiatives
• Drive innovative solutions and strategic priorities to expand Specialty Care services

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in operations, consulting, or project management
• 3+ years of experience in an external facing role such as customer success or consulting
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare with knowledge of the health plan and payer landscape
• Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
• Proficient in spreadsheets and comfortable with data analysis
