Senior Operations Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing operations team, the full-time remote Senior Operations Associate will operationalize and scale core workflows, design execution strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and drive impactful solutions in the mental healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the build, execution, monitoring, and ongoing implementation of scalable products and processes
• Leverage operational expertise to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and automation
• Support and lead cross-functional efforts with product, engineering, payer, and customer experience teams to achieve operational goals

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, operations, investment banking, or related fields; experience at a high-growth startup is a plus
• Self-starter with a focus on clarity and execution
• Highly data-driven, capable of conducting complex analyses to derive actionable insights
• Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to partnering across teams
• Systems thinker, inclined to solve problems through product and automation solutions
