Senior Operations Associate

Job Summary

Supporting daily deposit, Real Time Payments, and EFT activities, the full-time Senior Operations Associate will manage transaction processing, process improvements, and policy maintenance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily processing for deposits, RTP, ACH, and wires, including exception handling and general ledger reconciliation
• Coordinate daily work schedules for EFT, ACH, and wire processing, acting as a point of contact in the absence of the Operations Manager
• Lead process reviews and testing, identifying automation opportunities and collaborating with stakeholders on implementation

Required qualifications

• At least four years of transactional processing experience in a bank or credit union, with two years in a similar Operations role
• Experience with deposit and payment systems, including ACH, wires, and RTP
• Proficiency in intermediate to advanced Excel and familiarity with data querying tools
• Strong knowledge of rules and regulations governing transactional processing in financial institutions
• College degree preferred
