Job Summary
To support a growing operations team, the full-time Senior Operations Associate will operationalize and scale core workflows, design execution strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the build, execution, monitoring, and ongoing implementation of scalable products and processes
- Leverage operational expertise to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and automation
- Support and lead cross-functional efforts with product, engineering, payer, and CX teams to achieve team OKRs
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, operations, investment banking, or related fields; experience in a high-growth startup is a plus
