Senior Operations Associate
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Senior Operations Associate will manage international and retail launch execution, coordinate logistics and cross-border freight, and support inventory and procurement operations in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Support international and retail launches by managing inbound logistics plans and ensuring compliance with retail partner requirements
- Coordinate inbound and cross-border shipments, tracking milestones and addressing service risks
- Manage daily inventory operations, including PO processing and stock investigations, while maintaining 3PL portal accuracy
Required qualifications
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in FMCG or CPG sectors
- Solid understanding of international shipping, customs documentation, and retail logistics
- Experience with ERPs, inventory management tools, and 3PL web portals
- Exceptional organizational skills with a knack for creating actionable checklists from complex processes
