Job Summary
Supporting Project DASH and food access initiatives, the full-time Senior Operations Associate will manage partner portfolios, oversee funding programs, and develop new delivery operations, while working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the health of partner portfolios and financial support initiatives for home delivery programs
- Analyze food access data using SQL and AI agents to identify trends and escalate issues
- Develop strategic partnerships and represent the organization at external events
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, partner management, or related fields
- Passion for broadening food access, with a preference for experience in the nonprofit sector
- Proven ability to manage and improve complex operations and logistics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments while prioritizing effectively
