Senior Operations Automation Manager

Job Summary

Leading AI-powered automation initiatives, the full-time Senior Operations Automation Manager will own the automation strategy across Customer Operations, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to enhance customer experience, claims, and underwriting workflows in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own the automation roadmap, setting priorities and driving delivery of AI-powered solutions across digital CX, Claims, and Underwriting
• Serve as the primary operations counterpart to Product on GenAI programs, ensuring effective automation solutions are built and operationalized
• Lead a team focused on GenAI integration and workflow automation, fostering a culture of experimentation and technical craft

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in operations, program management, or a similar role, preferably in technology, insurance, or fintech
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building AI and automation solutions, including prompt engineering and workflow automation
• 2+ years of team leadership experience with a proven track record of developing high-performing contributors
• Strong data fluency with experience in SQL and BI tools
• College degree required
