Job Summary

Driving operational priorities, the full-time Senior Operations Business Partner will manage strategic initiatives, coordinate project execution, and collaborate with clinical leadership to enhance program development, all while working remotely across various states.

Key responsibilities

• Translate organizational goals into actionable operational strategies and lead high-impact projects for effective execution
• Oversee multiple strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely completion through comprehensive project management
• Partner with clinical leadership to design and implement clinical programs that align with organizational goals and regulatory standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, or process improvement roles, preferably in healthcare
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
