Senior Operations Communications Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic communications partner to the Chief Operating Officer and Operations Leadership Team, the full-time Senior Operations Communications Manager will develop and execute internal communications strategies, provide executive messaging support, and engage a large, dispersed workforce in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement proactive internal communications strategies that enhance leadership visibility and team member engagement
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, crafting executive messaging and content for various communication channels
• Translate complex operational topics into clear communications, ensuring alignment and consistency across the organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal or executive communications roles
• Strong writing and speechwriting skills with proficiency in AP Style
• Experience supporting senior executives in a large operational organization
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital content creation technologies for enhancing communications
