Senior Operations Consultant

Job Summary

Leading operational readiness initiatives, the full-time Senior Operations Excellence Consultant will collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Integration, and Client Success teams to ensure successful delivery of new products and services while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational readiness initiatives for new products and services, ensuring readiness considerations are incorporated into implementation planning
• Evaluate operational impacts and develop strategies that support successful adoption of new capabilities while mitigating risks
• Facilitate cross-functional planning and execution, serving as a trusted operational advisor throughout the operational readiness lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in operational excellence or related operational discipline
• Minimum of three years of experience partnering cross-functionally in a technology or SaaS environment
• Experience translating technical requirements into scalable operational processes and readiness plans
• Experience working in Agile or Kanban environments using Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
