Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Data Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Developing KPI definitions and reporting metrics to assess business performance
Leading the design and delivery of dashboards and reports for key performance metrics
Driving cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows and implement data-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a data analyst or operations analyst role, with 2+ years in a senior capacity
Advanced knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; experience with R or Python is a plus
Experience with enterprise systems like OpenAir, Jira, and Salesforce
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred)
