Key Responsibilities

• Developing KPI definitions and reporting metrics for business assessment
• Leading the design and delivery of dashboards and reports for performance visibility
• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven solutions for operational processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst or operations analyst role, with 2+ years in a senior capacity
• Advanced knowledge of reporting and analytics tools, including Tableau
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; experience with R or Python is a plus
• Experience with enterprise systems such as OpenAir, Jira, and Salesforce
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field; Master's preferred
