Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to staff in alignment with company values
• Develop strategic relationships with customers and ensure compliance across departments
• Collaborate with the President to achieve business goals and oversee financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• 10+ years of experience in the US Federal Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry
• 10+ years of experience in Business and Operations Management in the Public Sector
• 5+ years of experience in US Federal Business Strategy and Development
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
