Senior Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Operations to lead internal management and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the organization towards achieving operational goals while fostering a culture of excellence
• Manage a large portfolio of contracts and conduct regular client meetings to strengthen relationships
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance and quality standards are met across projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in government contracting and professional services operations
• 10+ years of leadership experience with a focus on managing teams and government contracts
• Strong knowledge of real estate and/or facilities support is highly preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; PMP certification or equivalent is desired
