Job Summary

Senior Operations Director is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing multiple manufacturing facilities, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple sites, guiding department heads in goal creation and performance evaluation
• Drive business objectives related to safety, cost, quality, and production efficiencies
• Provide strategic vision and leadership to maximize employee contributions and operational success

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and 12+ years of relevant experience in operations or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in team management and development
• Solid understanding of end-to-end processes in food manufacturing, preferably meat
• Proven track record in production, purchasing, engineering, and production control
• Ability to establish credibility and support company priorities
