Senior Operations Director

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence across multiple manufacturing facilities, the full-time salaried Senior Operations Director will provide strategic direction, oversee business strategies, and ensure compliance with regulations while fostering a culture of continuous improvement in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and review operating results, ensuring productivity improvements and compliance with Good Manufacturing practices
• Contribute to strategic planning and communicate with senior leadership to enhance corporate growth and profitability
• Lead the establishment of Key Performance Indicators and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives across the division

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; undergraduate degree in a related field preferred
• 12+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, including plant manager experience in food and/or beverage manufacturing
• 4+ years of project or people management experience, leading senior managers and multiple departments
• Proven track record of improved results in quality, safety, service, and cost
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
