Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Tier 3 technical support to field technicians and management, stabilizing emergency situations
• Maintain core site readiness by identifying and escalating infrastructure deficiencies to leadership
• Evaluate critical infrastructure for end of life risks and collaborate on replacement processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with critical infrastructure and electrical systems
