Senior Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and implement automation opportunities to enhance network operations and reliability
• Embed AI capabilities into network workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts
• Provide engineering design and configuration support for data systems in alignment with customer requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus 5+ years of related experience
• Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Windows Server and/or Solarwinds
• Experience with telecom and network outage isolation and service restoration
• Proficient in Cisco Layer 2 & 3 switch and router configuration and management
• Must be available 24/7 for outages and maintenance work
