Senior Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Providing technical and operational support to enterprise clients, the full-time Senior Operations Engineer will resolve product-related issues, mentor support teams, and manage Edifecs applications on Kubernetes and AWS in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot product-related issues for enterprise clients
- Develop custom utilities and workarounds to resolve critical issues and improve product functionality
- Collaborate with Product Implementation and Development teams to ensure smooth product delivery and assist with performance analysis during release cycles
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field, plus 5 years of experience in product support or implementation in the healthcare industry
- 7 years of experience with relational database queries using T-SQL or ANSI-SQL
- 7 years of hands-on experience with technologies/languages such as COM, VB, Jscript, Java, Perl, C#, or VB.Net
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS, specifically in deploying and managing Edifecs applications
- Experience working with EDI systems and knowledge of HIPAA and Enrollment Management within the healthcare domain
