Senior Operations Engineer
Job Summary
Providing senior-level technical engineering and troubleshooting support for enterprise clients, the full-time Senior Operations Engineer will manage hybrid environments involving legacy Windows and Linux systems as well as Kubernetes infrastructure, focusing on root-cause analysis, CI/CD pipeline maintenance, and proactive system monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and conduct root-cause analysis for complex system defects across hybrid environments
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes for legacy and containerized applications
- Monitor system health and performance using observability tools, proactively identifying and resolving anomalies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of experience with relational database queries and application development in relevant technologies
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and AWS
- Experience working with EDI systems and knowledge of HIPAA within the healthcare domain
- Proficient in debugging and analyzing code defects across various programming languages
