Managing operations across multiple data center sites, the full-time Senior Operations Engineer - MI will drive performance analysis, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with business objectives while overseeing incident management and regional expansion projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct capacity evaluations and performance monitoring for data center health, aligning with business objectives
• Oversee complex technical issue resolution and implement automation strategies for incident management
• Lead strategic planning for data center expansions, installations, and large-scale infrastructure upgrades

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 10+ years of experience in data center operations or related field
• Expertise in automation and major incident management
• Strong background in performance analysis and capacity management
