Leading a team of operations professionals, the full-time Senior Operations Excellence Manager will own a portfolio of high-impact initiatives, driving measurable outcomes through process engineering, organizational design, and AI-enabled solutions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team while managing priorities and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Own and execute operational excellence initiatives end-to-end, crafting business cases and driving measurable business outcomes
• Leverage AI tools and modern workflow capabilities to enhance team operations and influence the operational strategy

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in people management is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools and a keen interest in technology's impact on operations
• Proven track record of managing high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in process (re)engineering and organizational design
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
