Senior Operations Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Providing advanced financial leadership, the full-time Senior Operations Finance Analyst will manage financial reporting, forecasting, and risk management for complex client projects while serving as a key finance partner across Operations, Accounting, and senior leadership in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial management for high-value client projects, including project setup, monthly close, forecasting, and billing support
• Serve as the primary finance partner for internal stakeholders, providing advanced financial and strategic analysis to support operational effectiveness
• Prepare and present financial insights and executive-level reporting for senior management, identifying financial risks and recommending actions to improve margins

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration preferred
• 5+ years of experience in finance, operations finance, or project-based financial analysis
• Experience with complex project costing, forecasting, and budgeting within an ERP environment
• Demonstrated ability to support operational leaders and interact with senior management
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems and reporting tools
