Senior Operations Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional onsite meetings, the full-time Senior Operations Intelligence Analyst will analyze and present data to support quality and performance measurement initiatives within the Office of Telemedicine, collaborating closely with various departments and utilizing tools such as Tableau and SQL.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, query, and analyze complex data sets to create meaningful reports and presentations for quality and performance measurement
• Maintain and support existing telemedicine programs, ensuring compliance with quality requirements and functional design specifications
• Collaborate with end-users to provide workflow analysis and optimize operational efficiencies across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of experience in data analysis methods and workflow analysis in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency in data manipulation and reporting tools, including Excel, Tableau, and SQL
• Experience with statistical analysis tools such as SAS, R, or Python
• Operations certifications such as PMP, Agile, Lean Sigma, or Six Sigma preferred
