Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Lead, Customer Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mitigate back-end revenue leakage through change management and advanced quantitative analysis
  • Build strong working relationships with client counterparts for problem solving and process improvement
  • Provide value-add feedback to leadership on project plans and respond to ad-hoc client requests


Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of Revenue Cycle experience or progressive professional experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Preferred experience with EPIC PB and navigation of Epic Revenue cycle functions
  • Knowledge of Epic workflows and configuration
