Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Lead, Customer Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mitigate back-end revenue leakage through change management and advanced quantitative analysis
  • Build strong working relationships with client counterparts for problem solving and process improvement
  • Provide value-add feedback to leadership on project plans and respond to ad-hoc client requests
Required Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of Revenue Cycle experience or relevant professional experience
  • Proven ability to leverage data analytics for identifying trends and informing strategic initiatives
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Preferred experience with EPIC PB and knowledge of Epic workflows and configuration
  • Able to effectively navigate Epic Revenue cycle functions
