Senior Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Strategy & Operations Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the People organization budget, including forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning
• Oversee the People Portfolio of Projects in Asana, ensuring effective governance and reporting
• Design and lead annual planning processes and capacity management for the People organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 8+ years of experience in Business Operations or related roles
• Experience managing large budgets, with a portfolio of spend of at least ~$25M
• Proven track record in portfolio, program, and project management
• Hands-on expertise with Asana for managing projects and reporting
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with experience in capacity planning processes
