Job Summary

Supporting key client relationships, the full-time Senior Operations Lead will manage revenue cycle performance communication, collaborate with service delivery teams, and drive operational improvements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in relationship management with key client counterparts and communicate revenue cycle performance updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify performance levels and develop remediation plans for operational risks
  • Support the execution of action plans aimed at improving operational metrics and client presentations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in healthcare operations or revenue cycle management is preferred
  • Proficiency in developing standardized analysis and client presentation templates
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments
