Job Summary

Supporting client relationship management, the full-time Senior Operations Lead will assist in optimizing revenue cycle performance and operational metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage communication of revenue cycle performance with key client counterparts and internal teams
  • Execute action plans to enhance operational performance metrics and address identified risks
  • Develop standardized templates for analysis and client presentations to improve service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations or client management
  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives
  • Proficiency in developing performance improvement strategies and action plans
