Senior Operations Lead

Job Summary

Overseeing day-to-day management of revenue cycle engagements, the full-time Senior Operations Lead will partner with client leaders to enhance performance, support operational improvements, and drive client outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue cycle performance by identifying best practices and applying analytics to improve workflows and financial outcomes
• Lead implementation efforts across people, processes, technology, and analytics to support standardized client operating models
• Manage client relationships and coordinate with stakeholders on key revenue cycle management initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in revenue cycle management
• Proven experience in influencing change across revenue cycle operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience supporting KLAS and NPS improvement efforts
