Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design and scale operational systems for multi-state care delivery
• Translate Medicaid contracts into operational models and ensure compliance
• Lead and develop the Clinical Operations Project Manager and future operational roles

Required Qualifications

• Experience in scaling a behavioral health services organization
• Knowledge of Medicaid and managed care operations
• Ability to operate with high autonomy and strong judgment
• Experience with child welfare, juvenile justice, or complex Medicaid populations
• Lived experience with child welfare or juvenile justice is a plus
