Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Operations for AEC Visualization Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Distill strategic discussions into executable plans and manage leadership meetings
• Promote operational improvements and establish regular operational reviews and performance dashboards
• Act as an advisor on strategy and team effectiveness, while managing communications for the leadership team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• 8+ years of experience in an Operations or Chief of Staff position, preferably in a high-tech environment
• Experience executing complex programs across organizational boundaries
• Strong business acumen and consultative skills
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and distill it into executable actions
