Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Operations & Fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own forecasting, purchasing, and inventory strategy to ensure product availability and cost efficiency
• Oversee fulfillment operations and 3PL performance to ensure timely delivery and adherence to SLAs
• Monitor and report on key operational metrics to drive performance and identify process improvements

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or purchasing roles, preferably in DTC or eCommerce
• Proven experience managing 3PLs and optimizing fulfillment operations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and improving process KPIs
• Project management experience preferred, especially in managing vendor timelines and system rollouts
• Experience managing a small team or cross-functional contributors is preferred
