Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager, Strategy & Insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the strategy cadence for Customer Ops, defining objectives and tracking progress against KPIs
  • Lead cross-functional projects to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across Claims, Underwriting, and CX
  • Develop and execute a vendor strategy to maximize value through selection, onboarding, and relationship management


Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or program management in tech/SaaS or high-growth environments
  • Proven success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Fluency with data, including SQL/BI tools and financial modeling
  • BA Degree in Analytics or a related field
  • Passion for AI-driven automation and operational innovation
