Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in growth operations, product operations, or related roles
• 2+ years of experience in a managerial position
• Proven track record in operations-heavy business models such as marketplaces or logistics
• Technical proficiency with SQL and/or Python for data analysis
• Experience with predictive models and operational analytics
