Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager - Supply Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and scale the BPO and supply partner ecosystem to support global, 24/7 delivery
• Define and execute the strategy for partner expansion, ensuring balanced geographic coverage
• Manage partner relationships end to end, including quality standards and performance tracking

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, operations, supply chain, or vendor management
• Proven experience managing BPOs or external partners at scale
• Strong operational mindset with the ability to set strategy and deliver results
• Experience holding partners to high quality and performance standards
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
