Senior Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager who will lead the implementation and optimization of key enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the operations lead and subject-matter expert for Greenhouse, PayCom, and Salesforce
• Own the definition, integrity, and delivery of executive-level operational reporting and analytics
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across recruiting, operations, sales, and technology

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or systems implementation
• Strong experience owning or implementing enterprise systems (HRIS, CRM, workforce management, or similar)
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with executive leadership
• High analytical aptitude with strong Excel, reporting, and dashboard skills
• Healthcare, services, or high-growth environment experience strongly preferred
