Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager, Expert Contributor Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of EC Experience to create and manage programs that scale the EC Lifecycle
• Translate priorities into structured operating plans with measurable milestones and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Develop performance tracking mechanisms to ensure visibility into key metrics and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or program management roles; 3-5 years in people leadership
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and ability to define metrics
• Experience launching and scaling complex cross-functional initiatives
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces and define strategy
• High ownership and strong prioritization skills
